Personality[]

He talks very much like an adult, making him mature for his age, which confuses Yogi. But Gareki sees him as pretentious. He is domineering and would do anything to get what he wants such as he threaten to release Nyanperowna's true identity on the internet, if Yogi didn't help him.

History[]

Yogi, Nai, and Gareki meet Yanari at the Nyanperowna store, after Gareki exclaims that the character is just a costume for Yogi to dress up in.  He confronts the trio after Yogi hurridly pulls the other two out of the store, insisting Nyanperowna is real.  He tells them he's about to be kidnapped and that he's looking for a Noodle Shop with a black roof.  He threatens to tell the truth about Nyanperowna if they don't help him.  He convinces Yogi to do the 'Sparkeling Prince' speach, then proceeds to tell him that it's not as charming without the costume.  Nai is the first to call him their friend. The trio later learn that Yanari's father is leader of the Lindain Group, whom Hirato was meeting in Vantnam for information concerning a rival company suspected to be involved with Kafka.  It turns out the reason he had been looking for the shop was because it was the only landmark he knew in order to find where his mother had been staying after she had left his father.  It is also later acknowledged that Yanari goes to school with Eleska.

Quotes[]

"I have received a great gift from Nyanperona…in the form of beautiful words. I have…received strength from Nyanperona…and learned how to dream…which is why I’m standing here now. And all the happiness and encouragement that I have received from her, right here-I am sharing it with everyone. I’m not the only one who can be given that strength…everyone here can too. Even more than that…more! Spread it as far as possible! Looking at all the guests here today allows me to take that new dream further. From the bottom of my heart, I thank everyone who came here today. And also-to be able to share my dream with everyone…is my greatest pleasure."
