Tokitatsu is Hirato's older brother.
Appearance
The times Tokitatsu is shown he is often wearing a suit and rectangular glasses, like Hirato. He's tall and is in his thirties.
Personality
Although being a National Defence Compilation Tower Top-rank member, he isn't as strict and stiff as you would expect him to be. He does show an outgoing personality and he states that he also like provoking people, like his brother Hirato. He is rather laid-back and likes playing around; when he summonned Gareki, he pretended to be a tree and said his name is "Tokitatsu Woody."

Hirato
Tokitatsu is the completely the opposite of his younger brother, Hirato. As Tokitatsu is rowdy, enthusiasic, and straight-forward, Hirato is calm, deceiving, and hides everything behind his polite smile. One thing Hirato does not hide, however, is his annoyance with Tokitatsu, and there was a visibly dark aura coming from Hirato when he attempted to tease Hirato. Despite Tokitatsu keep calling Hirato his younger brother, Hirato denies it and replies that people of Circus do not have families. They are nine years apart.
